You should start seeing a smoother, more youthful complexion within two to three days after treatment, with the full effects appearing in about two weeks and sometimes about a month to peak. Each brand has a slightly different formulation of the Botulinum Toxin A, but they both work the same way. The main difference between the two is that Dysport is more diluted and spreads quickly compared to Xeomin, making it ideal for larger surfaces such as the forehead. Xeomin, on the other hand, is more potent, making it suitable for smaller areas and stubborn wrinkles, such as crow’s feet.
Getting a Xeomin or Dysport treatment involves the use of a very fine needle to inject the age-defying formulation into the targeted muscles, with minimal discomfort.
